MOSCOW SEED FUND

Moscow Seed Fund is an organization set by the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the city of Moscow for the development of venture and seed investment in Moscow.

In 2012 the Fund has launched The Seed Investment Program. The Fund selects private investors specializing in investment in early stage companies on a competitive basis and commits to invest its funds in the selected projects under the terms of co-investment.

PORTFOLIO

RUSSIAN STARTUPS

The presupposed co-investment terms: two thirds of the Fund and one third of the private investor`s funds. The maximum size of the Fund`s investment is 8 million rubles per company.

The main strategy of the Fund in relation to the start – ups is the implementation of measures to establish favorable conditions for their development. The Fund supports different events for investors and entrepreneurs, organizes onsite trainings, consults entrepreneurs on investment and provides soft loans
