Mercurius business incubator was established in Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management in June 2012 on the basis of the Student Design Bureau (SPB), which operated at the university since 2010.
  
The Bureau organized the more than 20 major research and education activities. 
Business Incubator Mercurius is the next stage of development of the Student Project Office

The main objectives of the business incubator are:
preparation of a new class of professionals with an entrepreneurial project thinking,
formation of project culture among teachers and students,
formation of students professional skills,
the development of the entire system of key components and functional place in the university, allowing you to perform the first two tasks.
